Kincade Fire Lawsuit Lawyers

Kincade Fire Attorneys

On October 23, 2019, a jumper wire came loose on one of PG&E’s high voltage transition towers near the area where the Kincade fire broke out. PG&E has admitted, in a filing with state regulators, that it recorded a power outage only seven minutes before the fire began near Geyserville. That day, PG&E had shut off power in some areas as a result of bad weather, but it kept the power flowing for this particular stretch of high voltage powerlines.

The Kincade Fire, which PG&E could have avoided, ultimately blazed through over 77,000 acres. Over 400 structures were destroyed or damaged. Approximately 2,128 total fire personnel were assigned to battle the fire.

Those who have suffered losses as a result of the Kincade Fire may be entitled to compensation for:

✓ Home Lost or Damaged
✓ Agricultural Damage
✓ Property Damage
✓ Emotional Distress
✓ Burned Trees
✓ Loss of Cherished Possessions
